1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Apricart you agree to These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Apricart mobile application (“App”) and website

2. Services

• Website → only product browsing and query submission.

• App → browsing products, placing orders, generating invoices.

⚠️ Note: The App and web does not process online payments. All payments, if applicable, are made separately and directly with Apricart.

3. Orders

• Orders placed through the App are considered binding once confirmed.

• Apricart reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

4. Payments

• The App does not provide any online payment feature.

• Customers are responsible for making payments directly to Apricart using agreed offline methods (e.g., cash, transfer, or as per company policy).

• The website does not offer online ordering or payment services. Any queries submitted do not constitute an order.

5. Invoices

• The App generates invoices for customer records.

• These invoices are for reference only and do not serve as proof of online payment.

6. Returns and Issues

• If there are any issues with an order (such as incorrect or damaged products), customers must contact Apricart directly.

• Resolutions will be handled according to Apricart’s Return Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
Apricart is not responsible for:

• Technical issues with the App

• Errors in order entry by customers

• Any claims beyond the value of the order placed

8. Changes to Terms
Apricart may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective once published in the App.

باستخدام تطبيق أو موقع أبريكارت (“التطبيق” أو “الموقع”)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا لم توافق، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق أو الموقع.

2. الخدمات

• الموقع الإلكتروني: يتيح فقط تصفح المنتجات وإرسال الاستفسارات.

• التطبيق: يتيح تصفح المنتجات، تقديم الطلبات، وإنشاء الفواتير.

⚠️ ملاحظة: لا يقوم التطبيق ولا الموقع بمعالجة أي مدفوعات عبر الإنترنت. جميع المدفوعات (إن وجدت) تتم بشكل منفصل ومباشر مع شركة أبريكارت.

3. الطلبات

• الطلبات المقدمة عبر التطبيق تعتبر ملزمة بمجرد تأكيدها.

• تحتفظ أبريكارت بحق قبول أو رفض أي طلب وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص.

• الموقع لا يوفر خاصية الطلب المباشر، وأي استفسارات يتم إرسالها عبر الموقع لا تُعتبر طلبًا رسميًا.

4. المدفوعات

• التطبيق لا يوفر أي ميزة دفع عبر الإنترنت.

• يتحمل العميل مسؤولية سداد المدفوعات مباشرةً لشركة أبريكارت باستخدام الطرق المتفق عليها (مثل النقد، التحويل البنكي، أو حسب سياسة الشركة).

• الموقع لا يقدم خدمات طلب أو دفع عبر الإنترنت.

5. الفواتير

يقوم التطبيق بإنشاء فواتير لسجلات العملاء.
هذه الفواتير هي للمرجع فقط ولا تُعتبر إثباتًا لعملية دفع عبر الإنترنت.

6. المرتجعات والمشكلات

في حال وجود أي مشكلة في الطلب (مثل المنتجات غير الصحيحة أو التالفة)، يجب على العميل التواصل مباشرة مع شركة أبريكارت.
تتم معالجة هذه الحالات وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بشركة أبريكارت.

7. تحديد المسؤولية

أبريكارت غير مسؤولة عن:

• المشكلات التقنية المتعلقة بالتطبيق أو الموقع.

• الأخطاء الناتجة عن إدخال البيانات من قبل العميل.

• أي مطالبات تتجاوز قيمة الطلب المقدم.

8. تعديل الشروط

يجوز لشركة أبريكارت تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. وتصبح التحديثات سارية بمجرد نشرها في التطبيق أو الموقع.
